The sizing and layout of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) electrical plumbing systems for a DBS building are no different from for a conventional building. DBS framing members have pre-punched holes to allow wiring and pipes toll pass through. The DBS employs open web steel joints and galvanized steel studs complete with pre-punched knockouts allowing eletrical wiring, HVAC ducts, plumbing and sprinklers to be expediently installed. Mechancial equipment is soll located that they are easily accesible for repairs and maintenance.
